So this year, we took advantage of the opportunity to hear firsthand from our Top 50 honorees how they flexed with the times. In addition to our lists and charts, read firsthand from CEOs of the Top 50 companies how they’ve been making the best of 2020 and 2021. In addition, we recognize 10 builders for their customer-service chops, based on client surveys taken by GuildQuality. They describe in their own words how they’ve maintained high levels of service amid constant obstacles.
