Kathy Decha
Hamilton, N.J.-based Merlin Industries, maker of vinyl liners, spa covers, safety fences and pool steps, has welcomed Kathy Decha, Lana Ellington and Annette Gibbs to its corporate office staff.
Decha, a 14-year industry veteran, has been named account executive, responsible for developing relationships with assigned dealers and distributors. Decha had previously worked for Hayward, Pentair and SCP-Lakewood.
Ellington joins Merlin as a senior customer service representative. In this supervisory role, she will oversee the quote staff and train new hires, ensuring accuracy for all quotes and orders. Her range of industry knowledge and experience spans nearly 30 years. Gibbs, who had previously spent 10 years with pool dealer Riverton Pools & Garden, also will serve in Merlin’s Customer Service Department.
