Debra Haase has been promoted to president of Cardinal Systems Inc., maker of steel and polymer wall pool panels. She brings more than 25 years’ experience and knowledge to her new role. Since 2011, Haase has helped drive company growth as director of sales and marketing. She started in the pool industry with Quaker Plastic Corp. in 1986; in 2009, Schuylkill Haven, Pa.-based Cardinal acquired Quaker and, at the time, Haase headed the Custom Products Division.
