After a year of aggressive growth, Custom Molded Products (CMP) has made some shifts in its top management.

Tom Moore, formerly the executive vice president of sales and marketing, has become president of the manufacturer. William Drury, Ph.D., is now chairman of the board.

Moore joined the company in 2015, with more than 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams for private manufacturers. Previous leadership roles included vice president of sales at Bridon American Corporation, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth in multiple market segments, said CMP.

“With the strong period of growth we are realizing, and the many new products we are launching from our recent acquisitions, Tom’s background and experience makes him uniquely suited to build on our strong foundation of success,” Drury said.

As chairman of the board, Drury will continue to oversee the development of strategic partnerships and the implementation of new initiatives. He founded CMP in 1989 with retired co-founder Charles Li, Ph.D. Drury previously served as president and chief executive officer.

This follows a year in which CMP made four acquisitions, including Phoenix-based Bobe Water & Fire; Del Ozone, in San Luis Obispo, Calif.; Saline Generating Systems, based in Tempe, Ariz.; and Aqua Sun Ozone, in Palm Springs, Calif.
