Cardinal Systems will acquire Fox Pools.
The acquisition brings complementary products under one company.
Cardinal Systems, based in Schuylkill Haven, Pa. provides steel and polymer wall pool systems, aluminum coping, plastic deck drains and thermoplastic steps, polymer pool walls, reusable deck forms and water mitigation systems. Fox Pools makes vinyl liners, powder-coated steel pool walls and aboveground pools in York, Pa.
Cardinal Systems led by CEO Marc Schmitz and President Debra Haase began discussion with the Fox ownership early this summer. An agreement was reached and the settlement will occur next month.
“We look forward to the Fox brand strengthening Cardinal’s position within the pool industry by providing a complete packaged pool line to our loyal customer base,” Haase stated in a press release.
