Phoenix Products, a provider of pool and spa water-treatment products, has entered into a distribution agreement with Oxygen Pools, a manufacturer of chlorine-free sanitation systems.
The agreement presents a new product category for Phoenix Products to offer its dealers in New England.
Oxygen Pools is privately owned by Richard and Dan Holstein, based in Boynton Beach, Fla. As the internet changed industry marketing and sales, they developed a business plan making internet and geographic protection available to brick and mortar dealers.
“With this New England partnership, existing Oxygen Dealers’ exclusive geographic and internet protection will still be maintained,” the company said in a press release.
Phoenix Products, based in Terryville, Conn., is a family owned business founded in 1982.
