Welcome to our second annual PSN and Jandy Top 50 Service list.
We’ve asked service companies around the country to provide information on many aspects of their business, including our five judging categories: revenue; staff management and training; industry involvement; web presence; and community contributions. Entries were then judged by the editors and ranked according to their score.
Once again, we are happy to honor companies of varying sizes, revenues and business models — including independent service-only firms, franchises, and service operations within large companies. Some take on commercial accounts, others don’t. Many perform renovations — though that was not considered in the scoring.
With a tie this year, we honor 51 companies. This robust group earned more than $142 million in 2018 and includes 1,280 staffers on their payrolls.
