NC Brands, a Norwalk, Conn.-based manufacturer of pool and spa chemical products, has hired Shaun Mulhall as regional manager for the southeastern region of the U.S.
Mulhall, a 30-year industry veteran, will be responsible for customers in northern and middle Georgia as well as Central Alabama.
