The National Swimming Pool Foundation, based in Colorado Springs, Colo., has appointed Christopher Sawyer as mission development specialist to help foster its education efforts. Sawyer, who was awarded a $1,000 NSPF scholarship in 2009, is CPO-certified and brings 10 years of industry experience to this position. Sawyer also is an American Red Cross-certified Water Safety Instructor and a certified IFTA Water Fitness Instructor.
