Here, the president of the Sacramento, Calif. Based firm shares his thoughts on a major obstacle pool builders, and the pool industry as a whole, will have to work to overcome: the labor shortage.
“If you’re on the lookout, there’s a lot out there, but you always gotta be on your toes looking for good people. And when one guy shows up back in town he’s got all of these different groups looking for him. You grab him up, even if you don’t need him, you put him somewhere else for a while just to have him.”
